Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the payment confirmation.

On-Hand Inventory

if the item you purchased is currently in stock and on hand, your order will be shipped the next business day after the payment has been confirmed.

Tracking

once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

Incorrect Address

customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. v3.vault is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, v3.vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
