Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and supplier sourcing, all sales are considered final unless otherwise is stated.

Returns

We only accept returns in the following situations:

  • The wrong item shipped
  • the item arrives damaged

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery and provide photo evidence.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In Orignal condition 
  • Returned in Original packaging 

Returns 

Returns will be issued if :

  • The product is unavailable from the supplier
  • A replacement item cannot be provided
  • The order is canceled before processing

Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non- refundable unless the error was made by v3.vault.
